Many UofT students struggle with food accessibility, especially those with dietary restrictions or cultural preferences. Through 8 interviews and 112 surveys, we uncovered key pain points: lack of allergen clarity, long wait times, and no centralized way to pre-order.

Neuropeutics is an early-stage pharmaceutical company developing targeted therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. Our team redesigned its website to make scientific information easier to understand, improve navigation, strengthen credibility, and support long-term audience engagement through a newsletter feature.

This project focused on improving the experience of commissioning custom work through OurJourneyMan, a platform that connects clients with artisans. The goal was to provide a seamless way to submit requests, receive clear cost and timeline breakdowns, and stay engaged throughout the process. By emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and storytelling, the design builds trust between clients and artisans while making the custom commissioning journey simple, clear, and meaningful.

Healthcare services often struggle with unclear communication and long wait times. We created a structured UX research plan—covering stakeholder mapping, recruitment, interview/survey design, and ethics—to reveal gaps and guide patient-centered improvements.

This project was developed as part of Hack the Valley 2024, a university hackathon with over 700 participants. Our team designed a logic-based guessing game combined with a tournament ranking system to encourage collaboration and friendly competition among attendees.
